How Do I . . .
How do I get a library card?
Any Wisconsin resident is eligible for a library card. Photo ID and proof of address are required; if your current address does not match the address on your photo ID, you must also show proof of current address (a utility bill, personal check, or recently postmarked piece of mail).
Only a parent or guardian may apply for a library card on behalf of a child; the child does not need to be present. Those 16 years and older may apply for their own card.

How do I download or stream e-materials?
You will need a valid library card to download and stream ebooks, e-audiobooks, music, TV shows, movies, comics, and more. Feel free to bring your device to the library for assistance with creating accounts and borrowing electronic materials.
Libby or Overdrive:
The Libby and Overdrive apps both provide access to the Wisconsin Public Library Consortium of ebooks and e-audiobooks. Libby is the newest version of this app - we recommend trying Libby first! If you're using a Kindle product or PC, the classic version, Overdrive, will likely work better for you. Search the app store in your smartphone or tablet for Libby (or Overdrive) and follow the registration and log-in instructions - remember, you'll need a valid library card and PIN.
